Brazil Digital Mission Trip 2021 - September 11, 18, 25

"A.M.O. BRAZIL: A DIGITAL TRIP EXPERIENCE" This digital mission trip is a way to connect with our global ministry partner A.M.O. Brazil in São Paulo and also with other team members while staying in Miami! The goal is to see, hear and pray for via livestream our Brazil missionaries and get to know how they are ministering and serving in their local communities.

For one hour on three consecutive Saturdays team members will have an opportunity to virtually interact with AMO local missionaries who serve in the slums of São Paulo.   The team will pray for and hear the vision of A.M.O., watch cooking, food basket and meal preparations, see a children's class and teen study sessions, visit the A.M.O. campus to see the wood shop & agricultural center, and find out about the upcoming A.M.O. projects.

A.M.O. Ministries mission is to establish Family Ministry Centers for the poor and spiritually needy in the favelas (slums) of Brazil, supplying the spiritual and physical needs necessary for abundant living with Christ. Their strategy & objectives are to build and develop Family Ministry Centers to reach families and their communities for Christ, to establish mission-minded churches outside of the favelas which train, equip and send out volunteers to minister in the Family Ministry Centers, and to motivate and excite local churches, businesses, and organizations to become partners in the work both in the favela and at the A.M.O. Headquarters.

“… Jesus said to Simon Peter, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?’ ‘Yes, Lord,’ he said, ‘you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Feed my lambs. Again Jesus said, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ He answered, ‘Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Take care of my sheep.’ The third time he said to him, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, ‘Do you love me?’ He said, ‘Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said, ‘Feed my sheep.’” (John 21:15-17)

• Acceptance onto the team requires a non-refundable $60 fee.
• Our hope is that this team will raise $1000 in donations to help fund A.M.O. food baskets and newborn supplies baskets.
