Dominican Republic 2019 9th & 10th Grade
Dominican Republic 2019 - 9th & 10th Grade
The Dominican Republic student mission team will be working alongside the staff of One More Child Global who has been in partnership with the DR government to construct a community that includes 100 single-family homes, a community transformation center and a church plant. Opportunities for ministry and evangelism will be made possible through children’s ministry, maintenance & light construction, community ministry, home visits, baseball & music ministry, and assisting with food packs to distribute to community families. Everything will be geared towards equipping children and families with tangible resources all while sharing the love of Christ in words and actions. Most importantly, there will be opportunities for personal spiritual growth, relationship development among team members, meaningful devotional and worship time, and quiet times for reflection and prayer.
