This trip is for adults over 21 years old. We will be traveling to the western highlands of the country to a small village called Vista Hermosa in the department of Huehuetenango. This will be a Medical/Dental mission opportunity. We are looking for healthcare professionals, physicians, dentists, RNs, or pharmaceutical professionals. We also are looking for team members who have administrative skills and a passion to share the message of salvation with the people of Guatemala. The Christ Journey team will work alongside our mission partners at 410Bridge - 410bridge.org

Important Information:
- All team members are to make their own decisions about vaccinations based on the CDC recommendations and consultation with a primary care or international travel physician. Vaccination expenses are the responsibility of the team member.
- Acceptance onto the team requires a non-refundable $200 deposit and all financial obligations for the trip are the responsibility of the team member.
- Failure to meet financial deadlines may result in cancellation of your spot on the team.

Forms
Medical Waiver & Parent Consent Forms Required
Forms must be completed, notarized and returned to the trip leader or to the Missions Office.
Medical Waiver must be completed by ALL Christ Journey mission trip team members.
Parent Consent form must be completed by the parent of a team member who will be unaccompanied and under 19 years old during a mission trip.

- Attend team meetings and participate in fundraising events
