IMPORTANT: THIS TRIP IS BEING PLANNED BUT MAY BE POSTPONED OR CANCELED BY CHRIST JOURNEY CHURCH OR 410 BRIDGE DUE TO COVID TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IN THE US OR GUATEMALA.
Guatemala 2024 - Medical
This trip is for adults over 21 years old. This will be a Medical mission opportunity. We are looking for healthcare professionals, physicians, dentists, RNs, or pharmaceutical professionals. We also are looking for team members who have administrative skills and a passion to share the message of salvation with the people of Guatemala. The Christ Journey team will work alongside our mission partners The 410 Bridge.

Important Information:
- Passports must be valid 6 months past date of travel.
- All team members are to make their own decisions about vaccinations based on the CDC recommendations and consultation with a primary care or international travel physician. Vaccination expenses are the responsibility of the team member.
- Acceptance onto the team requires a non-refundable $250 deposit and all financial obligations for the trip are the responsibility of the team member.
- Failure to meet financial deadlines may result in cancellation of your spot on the team.

Forms
Medical Waiver & Parent Consent Forms Required
Forms must be completed, notarized and returned to the trip leader or to the Missions Office.
Medical Waiver must be completed by ALL Christ Journey mission trip team members.
Parent Consent form must be completed by the parent of a team member who will be unaccompanied and under 19 years old during a mission trip.
