Puerto Rico Disaster Relief October 2018
Working with our global mission partner, HOI, we've assembled a team of Christ Journey members to assist with reconstruction & repair of homes in Maunabo, Puerto Rico, the area where Hurricane Maria made landfall last September.

Almost a year later families are still displaced, homes are in disrepair and the threat of new storms is ever present. The CJC team hopes to share the love of God with these families in need, through reconstruction, prayer and building relationships.
While many families have received some federal assistance; it often fails to cover the true costs of rebuilding, leaving homes half fixed. This is where we can bridge the gap by providing materials and the labor to help finish the job!

Forms
Medical Waiver & Parent Consent Forms Required
Forms must be completed, notarized and returned to the trip leader or to the Missions Office.
The Medical Waiver must be completed by all mission trip team members.
For Puerto Rico: Only complete the Medical Waiver form.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- U.S. driver's license must be valid.
- Members or active attenders at Christ Journey Church will receive priority registration.
- Team members are to adhere to the HOI Packing Guidelines. All items are the financial responsibility of the team member.
- Team members are to make their own decisions about vaccinations based on the CDC recommendations and consultation with a primary care or international travel physician.

- Adults 21 years or older
- Christ Journey Missions Office reserves the right to approve or deny registration for this trip.
